What counts as an AutoWhenn confirmation?
A slot is used when you create a meeting on the free tier. If a meeting expires or finds no overlap, the slot is released. Cancelled meetings don't release a slot.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
New meetings switch to manual mode — when everyone responds, you pick the time yourself. AutoWhenn still collects availability and shows you the best slot. You just click confirm.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time and Pro stays active until the end of your billing period. No questions, no friction.
Do participants need a Whenn account?
No. Participants respond via a link in their invite email — they can connect their calendar or fill in a grid without signing up. This applies to both plans.
Is my calendar data private?
Yes. Whenn reads free/busy signals only — never event titles, descriptions, or attendees. Revoke access from Settings at any time.
